A1Monitor is a software that you install on your server, or monitor your PC. You can add or edit server entries. Each server entry represents one of your tcp/ip servers. Monitor a web page to make sure it's up. A1Monitor can scan the server response for error text. Ping any TCP/IP server. Login to your POP3 or SMTP email servers. Check your FTP server. If any of your servers can't be reached, or respond with errors, A1Monitor will send you an email notification (which can be forwarded to a pager). In addition, A1Monitor can run an exe or batch file (.bat) or even reboot the server when failures occur.
